 Ladds Circle to various locations and beginning hike Lower Macleay Park at
  a moderate pace and arriving at a sacred space within Forest Park.  \n\n[
  Bring:\n*  Bike lock.\n*  Lights: for bike\, for hike.\n*  Shoes that are
  hike-able and loose fitting clothing.\n*  Significant rock that you are
