DESCRIPTION:A SW Bikeways tour of the SW Vermont and Multnomah paths\, and
  the planned Capitol Hwy reconstruction south of Multnomah Village.\n\nOur
  Climate Action Plan says half of vehicles travelling on these streets 
 will be a bike within one decade.  Are we designing accordingly?  The 
 current and future design details for intersections\, driveways\, and 
 cross-sections all prioritize car traffic and parking over bike safety and
  convenience\, so how is this going to change?\n\nWe'll look at some 
 details of how the bikeway or multi-use path is compromised by 
 intersections and driveway crossings.  We'll also tour some of the 
 connections and talk about how upcoming projects could best complete the
