DESCRIPTION:Due to the exteme heat\, this event will be postponed to the 
 middle/end of July\nDue to the upcoming severe heat\, we will be 
 postponing this event until the middle/end of July.  Stay safe\, cool\, 
 hydrated\, and check-in on your neighbors!\n\nJoin Total Recall PAC for 
 “Pop A Wheeler” on Sunday\, June 27 at 1:30 p.m. for a bike tour of NE 
 Portland with stops highlighting just a few of Mayor Wheeler's 
 failures.\n\nThis event will begin at 1:30 p.m. at Woodlawn City Park on 
 NE Dekum with poster making\, merch for sale\, a brief description of the 
 recall process\, signature gathering\, and much merriment.  It will be a 
 loop with various stops and a midway point at Peninsula Park with light
