DESCRIPTION:Rescheduling due to heat wave. New date Fri\, August 5th @ 
 7p.\nCome celebrate National Cheesecake Day/Golden Girls Day with a bike 
 ride! \n\nPicture It:  Portland 2022—\nA beautiful young group of 
 Pedalpalooza riders leaves together to embark on a journey to a surprise 
 cheesecake-providing location. They laugh\, they bike\, they eat. They 
 love\, they hate\, they eat. They dream\, they hope\, they eat. Every time
  you turn around\, they eat. Bike and eat with us to celebrate this 
 glorious day with GG-related festivities!\n\n— Start point is Cubo\, 3106 
 SE Hawthorne Blvd\, Portland\, OR 97214\n\n— Will bike from there to an 
 on-theme (but NSFW) photo op spot\, dessert pickup spot\, and end at 
 Oregon Park for trivia and costume contests. \n\n— Last stop is Oregon 
 Park for trivia contest and costume contest\,* both with (token) prizes. 
 If you have a friend who isn't big into biking but is big into The Girls\,
  they can join us just for the park portion at 7p. Oregon Park is a block 
 from Pambiche/a Plaid/vegan pizza at Dove Vivi so we can cover our bases 
 for cheesecake/snack/drink pickup before settling in. \n\n— We will 
 observe the Golden Rule and enjoy golden hour on the most Golden day of 
 the year\, together!\n\nBring your mask in case businesses are requiring 
 them. Might want to grab a beach towel for the park too. The ride itself 
 will be nice and flat and leisurely. It's about four miles and end is just
  over a mile from the start. We will stay together while we ride and look 
 out for one another. Possibly even offer each other dubious advice after 
 sharing long-winded anecdotes. It is\, after all\, the Golden way. \n\nIn 
 the unlikely event that there’s a hurricane a-coming\, ride will be 
 rescheduled so check back. \n\n*If you don't have a proper costume\, 80's 
 attire is highly encouraged. Wear your best Miami silks!\n7p riders begin 
 to assemble. Arrive early if you wish to dine with us. Ride leaves start
