DESCRIPTION:This is a community-oriented bike ride in tandem with the 
 Portland Bureau of Planning and Sustainability (BPS) and Portland Bureau 
 of Transportation (PBOT) for the Lower Southeast Rising area plan. The 
 Lower Southeast Rising area plan is assessing land use and transportation 
 issues in Brentwood-Darlington and portions of Mt. Scott-Arleta\, 
 Woodstock\, and Lents. So\, speaking of these issues\, let's go look at 
 them\, on our bikes!  (The ride will end at the Portland Mercado around 
 7:15/7:30 so we can carry on the good times and discussion with delicious
