DESCRIPTION:Checkout possible future greenways routes that are proposed by
  the Lower SE Rising project .  Start at the east end of the Tillikum 
 Crossing bridge at 12:15pm\, after the PSU Farmers' Market ride.  The 12 
 mile loop goes down SE 17th \, then crosses Sellwood to climb up through 
 Woodstock.  Eventually\, it turns north to get to Mitchell\, then connects
  via Steele back to the bridge.  Possible lunch break in
