DESCRIPTION:Calling all meditators\, movement practitioners\, yogis\, and 
 sound healing enthusiasts. \nIf you are interested in practicing with 
 other cyclists on the path this ride is for you! \n\nAt Meeting Spot 
 before riding: We gather in a circle for a tea mindfulness practice. 
 Before leaving we join in community by introductions\, co create build an 
 earth alter\, and a breathwork grounding practice.\n\nWe will stop for a 
 guided yoga practice in honor of the solstice.\n\nOur last stop begin with
  sound meditation where the beginning will be lead using our voices\, then
  we will collaborate in sound meditation.\n\nWe will end the night with 
 ecstatic dance and a drum circle \n\nWhat to bring: an offering for the 
 earth from the earth\, a cup for your tea\, water for tea\, something to 
 boil tea if you'd like to help\, a sound maker (chimes\, bowls\, bells\, 
 drums\, gongs\, etc)\, fire/hoops/etc\, a reading/poem/song something 
 you'd like to share that others can participate in.\n\nWhat to know about 
 music on the ride: If you chose to play music\, please only ensure that 
 there are no words being sung or spoken. Ethereal music\, acoustic\, or 
 other sound vibrations for the soul are encouraged. Please respect that 
 the goal is meditation in movement and to collaborate by creating that 
 space with thoughtful sound.\nPlease arrive by 7:30 for tea and 
 meditation\, we will 100% leave at
