DESCRIPTION:Today is the day!!!!! Today\, on June 30th\, the long-awaited 
 Oregon House Bill 2001 goes into effect\, re-legalizing all those rad 
 middle housing styles (like ADUs\, triplexes\, hell\, even 6-plexes!) that
  have been missing from our neighborhoods for almost a hundred years. 
 \n\nWe are celebrating HB 2001's year-zero birthday and all of the years 
 of local advocacy work that went into making this landmark legislation 
 possible by touring vintage and modern examples of these housing styles 
 across the city in full mobile party mode. The tour will be led by policy 
 wonks\, zoning dorks\, and other people passionate about inclusive\, 
 affordable\, climate-friendly homes.\n\nAs this is a birthday party\, 
 there will be an arts & crafts station with supplies for making party hats
  (HIGHLY RECOMMENDED) at the meetup location and PARTY CUPCAKES at the 
 endpoint.\nMeet at 5:45 PM to make a fancy party hat for the ride. Ride at
  6:15 PM\nEnds at v. important! there will be cupcakes at the last
