DESCRIPTION:What's the best way to beat a heat wave? By getting wet! Join 
 me for a cycling tour of Portland's water fountains\, and wear your 
 bathing suit because you're going to get wet!\n\nWe'll visit several urban
  fountains that are perfect for cooling off. We'll also make a couple 
 stops to dip in the Willamette. The total loop is about 7 miles\, almost 
 all flat.\n\nYou can bring your own or rent a bike nearby. Please sign up 
 in advance and arrive early for a bike rental (especially if you haven't
