DESCRIPTION:Keep Portland Harsh Noise Wall\n2nd rescheduling of the FIRST 
 EVER NOISE BIKE RIDE\n\nNoise Bike is a bicycle that makes noise as it 
 moves. It's not...good\, but it works and it's kinda loud and I'm kinda 
 proud of it. You should come check it out. \n\nNoise is not music\, but 
 it's also kind of a kind of music. You can read about some kinds of noise

 welcome at this ride\, and speaker bikes should feel free to play any type
  of noise\, but like\, play noise. No dance music. \n\nThis might be a 
 drop ride. I will have maps at the start. It won't be that hard or that 
 fast\, but it won't be that easy or slow either. There will be a 
 hill.\n\nI made 7* copies of a cassette tape of recordings I made at bike 
 rides in June. These will be free to lucky ride attendees. To get one\, 
 you need to ask for one. Be prepared to be asked for proof that you own a 
 tape player. So no one custom orders a vintage hi-fi on etsy just to be
