DESCRIPTION:PROTEST\, not a ride\nGather in solidarity with us to demand 
 that ODOT restore the bicycle fatalities on SE 26th to the state they were
  (or better) prior to their forced removal in 2018. \n\nIn 2018\, ODOT 
 steamrolled local interests when they forced removal of safety 
 infrastructure for people bicycling and rolling along SE 26th Ave near 
 Powell Blvd. These decisions reduced visibility and safety for people 
 riding bicycles.\n\nThis week\, beloved local Chef and daily bicycle 
 commuter Sarah Pliner was killed by a semi-truck while bicycle commuting 
 to work at this intersection. \n\nWe need hundreds of you to come together
  and stand arm in arm to reclaim this street space for its most vulnerable
  users. In solidarity\, we will demand that ODOT IMMEDIATELY restore the 
 safety infrastructure they forced out. We will maintain complete silence 
 in our human bike lane configuration for 30 minutes (3:45 - 4:15 pm) in 
 observance of Chef Pliner’s tragic and untimely death on Oct 4\,
