 for Portland Winter Light Festival!  This is NOT a ride. We always have 
 the option of going mobile at any time *Free stickers. \n\nDeck out your 
 bike\, board\, or scooter in lights. Come show off your lit ride for a 
 gathering near the Salmon Fountain\, where the Spirit docks. \n\n*If 
 pouring we will be under Hawthorne \n\n6pm Meet\n\n\n\n\n\nPopCartPDX 
 Plans to start on the west side of the river and slowly migrate to the 
 east side. This will not be much of a bike ride\, but rather a gathering
