 cycling and 2SLGBTQIA+ communities to create a family-friendly bike parade
  to bring more people Downtown\, encourage multimodal transportation\, 
 bring awareness to local food\, and celebrate Pride.  All wheels welcome! 
 1.5 Miles that ends with a dance party! \n\nIn collaboration with the 
 Visit Downtown Program\, Downtown Portland Clean and Safe\, PBA\, The
