DESCRIPTION:Are you ready for a double feature?  We are.  \n\nMore and 
 more people traverse by cycle and sandal as the weather becomes finer.  
 The Willamette Pedestrian Coalition hopes that this Ped/Bike Legal Clinic 
 will help us all learn how best to get along in safety and in 
 courtesy.\n\nLed by lawyer Ray Thomas\, we will explore the rights and 
 responsibilities of folks on bike and on foot.  The clinic will take place
