 pull a chariot?  It's a lot of fun\, and Sunday Parkways is the perfect 
 place to try it out in Portland.  I did this with friends in Vancouver BC 
 Critical Mass rides in the late 90s and it was always a hit.  Come with 
 your bike\, prepared to try something new.  We'll end at 3PM at the Dead
