DESCRIPTION:Want to ride a challenging and rewarding ride?  109 miles and 
 3\,600+ feet of elevation will be just right for you.  There is gravel 
 (about 17% of the route) and a small percentage of the route has a little 
 chunk in it so bring a little wider tires (We used 35mm tires). We will 
 depart from VKS around 8:30am to give us plenty of time to make it back to
  Portland at a decent hour.  Store stop in Scappoose and a food stop in 
 Vernonia.  Faster and more adventurous group ride with a no drop
