DESCRIPTION:Are you new to Portland? Want to become more confident riding 
 a bicycle around town and meet new friends along the way? Then this ride 
 is for you! We'll be riding bicycles around Southeast Portland 
 neighborhoods and end at some SE Foster food carts!\n\nThis ride is 
 organized by the City of Portland's Active Transportation team\; we'll 
 provide free Bike & Walk Maps\, and other cycling resources to help you 
 get around your new city :) \n\nHeat notice: current predictions show 
 temperature will be about 90º F.  Please bring water for the ride. We will
  have chilled bandanas to wear: portable air conditioning while you
