  one of Portland's only close-in neighborhoods with zero greenway miles. 
 While Portland's 2030 Bike Plan calls for greenways on SE 16th Ave\, 9th 
 Ave\, and Center St\, none of those exist yet — except for 1 block\, today
  only! Walk\, roll\, or ride this temporarily calmed street anytime 
 between noon and 8pm.\n\nPlease ride courteously! We are hosting a block 
 party on this street and there will be people and some objects in the
