DESCRIPTION:Portland: Neighbors Welcome is a fun-loving group of 
 grassroots volunteers who organize for housing as a human right in 
 Portland. That means making homes legal at every price and size in every 
 neighborhood\, taxing and spending to help one another have homes when we 
 need them\, and protecting tenants from instability.\n\nA few years ago\, 
 we were the lead organizers behind the successful campaign for Portland to
  re-legalize fourplexes and double ADUs citywide. The first crop arrived 
 this year! Join us on a family-friendly ride to check some of them out\, 
 then if you want\, stick around at the end for our monthly first-Thursday
