 Who's building it? Or maybe just interested in learning how to ride around
  East Portland? Well this ride is for you!\n\nThis ride is meant to be an 
 informative ride to learn about the variety of infrastructure and 
 solutions creating some of Portland's newest bike routes through East 
 Portland! New riders are welcome\, as this will also be a way to learn how
  to get around by bike in these neighborhoods.\n\nThe ride will be co-lead
