  so let's celebrate! We'll ride over this one-of-a-kind bridge en route to
  Bike Portland Happy Hour at Gorges Beer. That's it. If you miss the

 SE Ankeny St\, Portland\, OR 97214).\n\nThe Steel Bridge is the only 
 double-deck bridge with independent lifts in the world and the second 
 oldest vertical-lift bridge in North America\, after the nearby Hawthorne
