DESCRIPTION:We are looking for volunteers to help out at the Ellington 
 Bike Fair on Thurs\, 9/7 from 4-7pm! Please note: this event is 
 specifically for kids and folks who live in the Ellington Apartments (NE 
 66th and Broadway)\, and members of the Rose City Park School community. 
 Several partners are coming together to provide Learn to Ride lessons\, 
 bike safety skills\, free helmets\, bike maintenance skills\, bike 
 adoptions\, bike decoration\, and a fun community ride to
