DESCRIPTION:Ride around Northeast Portland with Kidical Mass PDX. 
 \n\nWe’ll ride on neighborhood greenways and side streets to see houses 
 decorated for halloween. Kids and adults can wear Halloween costumes\, or 
 decorate bikes! \n\nThe ride is a mostly flat 3 mile loop\, with breaks to
  see decorations on the way\, so its suitable for most young bike riders 
 who can pedal a bike without training wheels. \n\nWe ride slow for little 
 pedalers. Kids should wear a helmet\, be able to ride in a straight line\,
  start and stop. Cargo bikes\, tandems\, trailers and tag-a-longs are 
 great for kids who haven’t learned to pedal or get tired soon. We'll ride 
 together as a group\, rain or shine\, because kids are traffic too!
