DESCRIPTION:Want to appreciate fall leaves and foliage while enjoying the 
 freedom of being on your bike among like-minded friends? Join Ride 
 Westside for the Leaf It All Behind Banks-Vernonia Ride. We’ll head out in
  the morning from the trailhead in Banks\, Oregon\, ride the Banks-
 Vernonia Trial up to L.L. Stub Stewart State Park where we will pause at 
 the visitor center to use the facilities\, drink cocoa or tea from our 
 thermoses\, and talk wistfully about next year’s bike camping season. (If 
 you’re looking for a shorter ride\, you could plan to join us – or leave 
 us – at this point.) Then we will continue on up to lovely Vernonia\, 
 Oregon for lunch at the various restaurants and food carts\, walkin’ 
 around\, and maybe some unstructured art appreciation.  Then we’ll ride 
 back down the same trail. Depending on how we feel and the daylight 
 situation\, we may decide to stop at the breathtaking Buxton Trestle for
