DESCRIPTION:**NOT A RIDE**\nImmediately after BikePortland Happy Hour\, 
 cross the street and head upstairs at Ankeny Tap & Table to brainstorm\, 
 collaborate\, and put ideas to action. Anyone is welcome - whether you 
 have an idea\, have skills but don't know where to put them\, are already 
 working an action and want it to grow\, or your just curious. Bring your 
 laptop or notebook and harness your passion for bike progress with other 
 like-minded citizens. RSVP is not required\, but will help with planning\,
  and will allow you to receive an emailed outline in advance.\n\n25 Oct
