SUMMARY:Winter Lights Fest Art Crawl... er... Ride

DESCRIPTION:This ride will be exploring a handful of Winter Lights art 
 installations that are off the beaten path (IE. not in the main clusters) 
 while remaining in the inner city. I'll be towing my large speaker and 
 providing music with a hand-selected playlist to accompany the journey. 
 Please no additional speakers unless the ride is so big that you can't 
 hear mine any more. We'll stop at each site for a couple minutes to give 
 everyone a chance to take in the art and there will probably be 1 or 2 
 longer stops too. Pace will be set by the slowest riders but expected to 
 be around 10 mph tops. We'll end at one of the lights fest clusters in SW 
 and be done in time for you to check out the main spots or leave and do
