 dance tunes and a mix of their contemporaries. Something you’re wanting to
  get down too? I’ll take song requests during/before the ride. \nTonight 
 we will have a slow pace. Multiple dance and refreshment stops.  \n\nWe 
 practice consent and non-violence on all our rides. \nWe follow the shift
