 will celebrate all things that make Portland weird! Wear your weirdest 
 outfit\, bring your weirdest bike\, and we'll listen to some weird (non 
 4/4) music! We'll visit some weird locations and end at a pop-up that may 
 feature some iconic Portland weirdos that you may or may not have already
