 the lack of bikeways\, and the overdevelopment of highways!  Short 
 protests at PBOT and ODOT headquarters.  Lots of fun.  Probably a dip in 
 the Willamette River.  maybe two.   Clothing optional.  (Clothed riders 
 welcome).  We request no camera use.  Pace will be slow to moderate.  Stop
