DESCRIPTION:The moon is almost full!  We'll ride around Portland 
 celebrating the waxing gibbous moon and protesting car dominance.  A fun 
 ride\, bring costumes\, body paint\, etc.  Photography discouraged.  We'll
  roll through all five quadrants\, and may make a Willamette River swim 
 stop. Past Tire\, Virtual Kernel and P\;'Pedal have bee leading full moon 
 rides for 10 years\, now switching to Waxing Gibbous rides.\nRoll at
