DESCRIPTION:Oregon Department of Transportation Got Their Freeways On 
 South Portland is a tour of the streets and spaces under and around the 
 extensive freeway and highway infrastructure in South Portland.  We'll 
 see\, but mostly not ride on\, the world-renowned (for how seismically 
 unsound it is) Marquam Bridge\, the Ross Island Bridge\, the infamous 
 Harbor Drive that was never removed\, Macadam\, I-5\, I-405\, Naito\, 
 Barbur\, and some sketchy tunnels.  You'll also learn about why the street
  numbers go backwards and how to get around the freeway when the elevator 
 is broken.\n\nMeet at 6pm by the red balloon sculpture on the West end of 
 the Tilikum Crossing.  Ride at 6:30.\n\nCOVID safety: Please be vaccinated
