DESCRIPTION:The spirit of Halloween is alive in Portland\, even in 
 Summer!\n\nIt’s never too scary and never too early in the year for 
 Halloween candy. I’ll bring treats for those in costume.\n\nNot long ago 
 this ride happened when it was 116 degrees out\, so everyone do your 'no-
 heat-wave-dance' beforehand. Holladay Park has water fountains you can 
 bike through to cool off.\n\nThis ride joins the “Winter Holidays in June”
  ride - more costumes!\n\nA fun chill ride with a stop for pics and a pit 
 stop\, then back to Holladay by 6 for a costume contest.\n\nIf you wear an
  inflatable costume for this ride\, you can get 2-for-1 by sticking around
  afterward for the Inflatable Costume ride. That ride meets 30 mins. after
  this one ends\, and starts from the exact same park.\n\nDress up\, eat
