DESCRIPTION:Join us for the fourth Pedalpalooza Portland Boring Portland\,
  a brisk ride down to the Springwater\, out to Boring\, and back. In the 
 sprit of its French namesake\, food is a ride feature. We'll start near a 
 French bakery\, end near a coffee shop\, and hit a few food spots along 
 the way. Not a no-drop ride\, but we'll have multiple gather spots along 
 the way. All are welcome. If you're an ancien or ancienne (that's a Paris-
 Brest-Paris finisher)\, bring your jersey\, rando bike\, and stories. All 
 bikes are welcome\, but randonneuring is the style of the day.\n\nParis 
 Brest Paris is the oldest recurring organized bike ride in the world\, 
 having started in 1891 as an audacious 1200km physical challenge with cash
  prizes. Bicycles were high tech\, and endurance events were the rage. PBP
  is now held as an amateur event every 4 years. 2027 is the next PBP
