 charter changes\, and how ranked choice voting will work in front of 
 Portland City Hall. Talk to AARP reps and have some snacks.\n11:00AM - 
 Enjoy an easy slow paced ride less than 10 miles led by BIKELOUD on 
 Neighborhood Greenways through the new districts. We'll start at City Hall
  in District 4 and end in District 1 at Gateway Discovery Park.\n1:00PM - 
 Optional 22 minute return trip on the Max Blue Line from the end point
