DESCRIPTION:Join Strong Towns PDX for a tour of tactical urbanism projects
  around Portland! Tactical urbanism is an approach to street design that 
 uses low-cost\, flexible\, and scalable design interventions to drive 
 long-term change.\n\nStrong Towns PDX is a group of volunteers following a
  simple bottom-up process for change in Portland:\n• Step 1: Humbly 
 observe where people around you are struggling.\n• Step 2: Identify the 
 next smallest thing you can do to address that struggle.\n• Step 3: Do 
 that thing.\n\nThe ride will be slow-paced and welcoming to all. Safety-
 themed costumes are encouraged. We'll start at Wallace Park and end at Los
  Gorditos on SE Division. All are welcome to grab lunch and socialize
