  it needs.\nSeptember brings the (unofficial) end of summer and a return 
 to school and work\, if you’re European. Because Europeans get like 20 
 weeks off a year!* Since there’s no indication that American vacation time
  is going to take a cue from that of our friends across the pond\, let’s 
 get together and talk shop. Union shop\, that is. \n\nThis ride was 
 tentatively planned for the last day of Pedalpalooza but\, wouldn’t you 
 know\, it requires a bit more organizing. Please get in touch if you’d 
 like to address a group of riders about what makes a workplace a good 
 candidate for unionization\, want your unionized workplace included on our
  ride route\, or can otherwise offer help. Let’s get Portland a bit more
