DESCRIPTION:This monthly ride is friendly to beginners and experienced 
 lady* riders alike (* trans-ladies this means you too!).  Lady-powered 
 bikes only - no dudes\, no e-bikes**\, no offense.  \n(** due to the speed
  and battery requirements of e-bikes\, they are not a good fit for this 
 ride).\n\nSpecial November ride!  I'll be teaching flat repair to ladies 
 from 10:30 am - 12pm at the Trek store in Slabtown (see separate posting).
   \n\nAfter the flat clinic\, we'll ride from Trek Slabtown into the 
 gorgeous (unpaved) Forest Park for a 13 mile loop.  Pace 8-10mph\, slower
