 Eastside Muertos Celebration Bike Altar Tour. Latina visual artists from 
 IDEAL PDX\, a collective of Latino Portland-based artists have constructed
  Dia de Muertos altars in eight local businesses that the ride will 
 visit.\n\nThe event begins with bike decorating inside Milagro’s zocalo. 
 Water-proof costumes are encouraged!\nThis ride is not a loop\, but it
