DESCRIPTION:Contrapalooza is back!\nDancing? Biking? \nYES. \nJoin us for 
 a night of lively folk dance with smiley humans as we ride and dance our 
 way around Portland.                                          \nThis ride 
 is designed for beginners to learn how to contra dance\, no experience 
 needed! Just bring a good attitude and willingness to make mistakes.  We 
 will roll around town with dance stops and sound by Naked Hearts PDX.  
 \nEach of the dances will have instructions\, all calling is non 
 gendered\, and this is an intentionally queer welcoming space.          
 \n\n Join us!\n*event modified for high temps:\nWe will dance at Buckman 
 elementary\, then Colonel Sumners\, then opt for a dip at Audrey McCall 
 park under the Hawthorne Bridge (cause its HOT out there)\n\n(We practice 
 consent and non-violence on all our rides. Please help make the ride as 
 safe as possible for yourself and others. If you’ve special needs please 
 come talk to your ride leaders. \nBanned riders and riders who can’t post 
 on the calendar are banned here too. Banned dancers from contra 
 communities are banned here too.
