 cool. We will have an ice cream trike riding with us. Kid-led bike ride to
  vegan ice cream on the last weekend day before school starts!\nRide is

 ice cream trike riding with us. 17 yo Elijah is leading!\n\nCelebrate the 
 last weekend day before school starts by riding to get vegan ice cream on 
 Mississippi Avenue with other kids and families as part of Kidical Mass 
 PDX! We will ride from Irving Park in NE on this free\, family-friendly\, 
 kid-paced bike ride. \n\nWe’ll start at the Irving Park at 2pm\, and ride 
 1.5 miles to a place on Mississippi Avenue where you can get Ice Cream. 
 This is the last Sunday before school starts for PPS\, so this is a great 
 time to ride was a family before we switch to Bike Bus season!\n\nMeet at 
 2:00pm\, ride at 2:15pm. The ride is a flat 3 mile loop\, so it is 
 suitable for most young bike riders who can pedal their own bike without 
 training wheels. We will stop for a while to get ice cream. This ride is 
 free\, but bring money to get ice cream. \n\nWe will ride at a slow pace 
 for little pedalers and parents on cargo bikes. Kids should wear a 
 helmet\, be able to balance and pedal in a straight line\, start and stop.
  Cargo bikes\, tandems\, trailers and tag-a-longs are great for kids who 
 haven’t learned to pedal. Adult corkers are welcome to join as a traffic 
 safety superheroes.\n\nWe’ll ride together as a group\, rain or shine\, 
 because kids are traffic too!\n\nMap:
