 tutorial before Mellow Mondays ride. \n\nThings we’ll cover\,\nTheme 
 creation\,\nCreating the atmosphere you want\,\nSourcing support\,\nRoute 
 planning\,\nSpeed\, \nWhat if’s……\n\nThen QnA.\n\nThis is meant as a 
 conversation opener and an opportunity to move towards leading your own 
 rides.\n\nThis will be lead by Moorland with occasional support. \n\nBrief
  Bio:\nNakedHearts has lead around 450 ish rides\, with 150 ish different 
 ride leaders\, we’ve worked with local schools\, government agencies\, 
 festivals\, DJ’s\, Bands\, venues\, parades\, artist groups of all kinds 
 and supported at least 150 ish other rides. \nSo we have a little 
 experience. But the all the experience just teaches caring about the ride 
 and riders is what matters\, and everything flows from there. For most 
 people that comes naturally. Kiro (who’s only 10 years old) is considered 
 the best ride leader and he cares about the ride and riders and having fun
  and that’s what makes him the best because that’s his focus. The 
 mechanics of leading and organizing can seem daunting but it’s within
