 between two North Portland splash pads. When we get to the second splash 
 pad\, we will enjoy popsicles! \n\nParents\, kids\, and kids at heart are 
 invited to and enjoy a romp around North Portland splash pads. \n\nWe will
  meet at Northgate Park and spend about 30 minutes\, bike to Pier Park 
 (MAP UPDATED!) for another 30 minutes and enjoy some popsicles and bike
