DESCRIPTION:The ride starts at 5pm Salmon Street Springs and goes through 
 North Portland\, finishing at Chimney Park. This ride is not a loop.\n\nAt
  6pm\, a public open house at Chimney Park will be held to for the new 
 Columbia Boulevard Bridge\, a Portland Parks & Recreation Project. This 
 project\, which includes 2000ft of trail\, a bridge over Columbia Blvd\, 
 and an upgraded rail crossing\, is a critical link in the Willamette 
 Greenway Trail that will eventually go up to Kelley Point 
 Park.\n\nRefreshments\, project information\, project staff\, and vendors 
 will be in attendance.\n\nColumbia Boulevard carfree Bridge is currently 
 in design and schedule for construction beginning spring
