 credits Bike Happy Hour for launching his campaign when he showed up on a 
 cold February evening in 2024 to share his vision for our city to several 
 dozen of us in the upstairs event space of Gorges Beer Co. Now\, 
 comfortably ensconced in the mayor's office\, he wanted to come back to 
 rub shoulders with Portland's coolest\, most engaged\, and most well-
 informed group of people: Bike Happy Hour attendees.\n\nHe'll sit for an 
 interview in the Rainbow Road Plaza on SE Ankeny Street and answer all my 
 burning questions — and a few from the audience! \n\nNote: This is our
