DESCRIPTION:Did you know you can bike to another state?  And can it be 
 done mostly car-free?  Well now you do!  As part of Bikeloud PDX's Week 
 Without Driving series\, we are riding over the I5 bridge into downtown 
 Vancouver.  We can do a dinner stop in Vancouver\, and then we will roll 
 back over the bridge to PIR to watch Portland Trophy Cup.  The whole ride 
 is around 10 miles.  The end of the ride is next a MAX yellow line 
 station\, and there will likely be a group rolling back into Portland as
