SUMMARY:Fall Colors Ride to the Springwater Wetlands

DESCRIPTION:The Springwater Wetlands were recently restored complete with 
 a new multiuse path that goes along the edge of the wetlands. This path 
 also makes for a bike connection between the Springwater Corridor and the 
 neighborhood greenway network to the north. The re-vamped wetlands have 
 proven popular for waterfowl\, with ducks\, geese\, and other species 
 regularly frolicking in the water.\n\nThe ride takes place during the time
  of peak fall colors\, so we will ride through several parks going to and 
 from the wetlands\, with most of the ride being on greenways or paved 
 multiuse paths. \n\nThe 7-mile ride starts and ends at the Lents Farmers 
 Market following PBOT's Winter Cycling Workshop being held there. Come 
 early to pick up some farm-fresh produce and visit the PBOT booth 
 providing tips and resources for biking through fall and winter in
