DESCRIPTION:Ride with BikeLoud to rally in front of city hall! We're 
 advocating for city council to approve the settlement to Bikeloud's 
 lawsuit\, which holds the city responsible for past violations of the Bike
  Bill. The settlement would change city policies around infrastructure and
  mandate funding for many infrastructure improvements\, including 
 bettering greenways with bike bus routes. This is a moderately paced ride 
 (10 - 12 mph)\, mostly on greenways\, but with some bike lane riding on N 
 Mississipi\, across the Broadway Bridge\, and downtown. Meet at 8\, roll
