DESCRIPTION:No fees\, helmets. Great Columbia river views\, great bike 
 trails. 18 mi. river loop starts at historic Fort Vancouver\, follows the 
 river east\, climbs 3 short hills\, crosses the 205 bridge\, follows bike 
 trail downriver on the Oregon side\, crosses I-5 bridge back to the Fort. 
 Not a competition\, the pace will be brisk for the head of the pack and 
 casual for the rest. John Kangas will meet Portlanders at the Expo center 
 at 9:30 for those who want to go rail to event...The bike trip from the
