 are organizers.\nThe official PDXWLF illuminated bike ride.\n\nWe tour the
  displays.\n\nFamily friendly.\n\nBring your big lights and fancy freak 
 bikes. The ride is also a rolling parade. \n\nNakedHearts:PDX is one of 
 the leaders along with Tomcat bikes.\n\nBanned riders are banned here
