DESCRIPTION:At Sana Sana Centro de Salud y Expresión we are dedicated to 
 connecting immigrant and refugee communities with culturally responsive 
 mental health services and creative avenues for expression through the 
 arts. Our two programs\, Salud and MigrARTE\, focus on removing barriers 
 to arts access for immigrant communities and offering case management and 
 connection to therapeutic services in the Pacific Northwest.\n\nJoin us 
 for a bike ride and post-ride BBQ to celebrate movement\, migration\, and 
 joy.\n\nRide will be roughly ten miles at a slow\, celebratory pace. 
 Children welcome! Route is still in progress and will be updated soon. All
  parts of this event will be accompanied by migrawatchers\, security\, and
  deescalators. \n\nThe event is free\, and tax-deductible donations 
 accepted at www.sana-cse.org/donate.\nCoffee\, snacks\, and inspiration at
